The methodology is designed to provide a logical, systematic approach to completing related project activities with quality control checkpoints to insure that the project focus is maintained. Each phase is defined by a clear set of activities and deliverables.
We accept that many companies, organizations and agencies have their own set of methods and procedures for developing training solutions and Oakwood Education consultants are flexible and adaptable to working with such approaches. To evaluate developed training, refine it to meet customer requirements, and finalize delivery plans.

Obtain customer signoff on customized training, materials, and deployment plan

To successfully deploy training program to customer, ensure transfer post-project support skills to customer, and evaluate effectiveness of the project.
